2) What are my payment options?

3) When will my order be processed?
Orders take 2-3 days to process. Then are shipped to your address. Orders placed after 12:00 AM Eastern Standard time will not be processed until the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 10:00 AM Eastern Standard time will not be processed until Monday or the following business day.

4) What shipping methods do you offer?
We usually ship via Priority Mail with USPS .

5) How do I check/track my order status?
You may use your online account with us to view your order status. If no account was created, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order.

6) How do I use a promotion code?
The promotion code must be entered at the Checkout screen, in the Promotional Code field under the Order Summary.

7) How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders usually arrive within 10 to 14 business days (not including Saturday and Sunday), following credit card, debit card or payment authorization. Express Orders placed after 10:00 AM Eastern Standard time will not be processed until the following business day.

9) What is your return policy?
LeoneMall.com has a 30-day returns policy. You may return your merchandise to us within 30 days upon the receipt of your product. Refunds will be applied to original credit card used at the time of purchase.
